This policy explains how AYD Supply LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website, aydsupply.com.

Information this website collects

This website has no user accounts and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies.

It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. That tool is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build a profile of you across sites. It reports aggregate figures such as how many people viewed a page, roughly where in the world they were, and which browser they used.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than an automated script. It processes technical signals from your browser for that check alone.

Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider that automatically records standard technical request data (IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and that data is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Information you send us directly

If you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, optional company name, topic, and message you enter. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to include. Either way we use it only to respond to you and to manage the business relationship it relates to, and we retain the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to our business records.

Form submissions are delivered to our own mailbox through Brevo, our email provider. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing because you contacted us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose information only to service providers that operate this business on our behalf (such as our email and hosting providers), or where we are required to by law.

Purchases made on marketplaces

When you buy a product we sell through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace operates the transaction and its own privacy policy governs the information you provide to it. We receive only the order and fulfillment details the marketplace passes to us as the seller.

Your choices

You may ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@aydsupply.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to any records we are required to keep.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
